We achieve this by providing a neutral, safe space, listening to concerns, acknowledging and validating in a non judgmental atmosphere. An individualized treatment plan is customized based on client need and concerns..

"Therapy is not at all what I thought it would be, I wished I would have done this years ago."
" Pathways Wellness is so much different , they are not like the big agencies, their client centric philosophy, make me feel idle more than a number"
"I am finally treated with Dignity by a provider"
what happens in therapy is absolutely dependent upon you. Therapy is about you, as therapist we are not experts on you, but you are. In these confidential settings, we just allow you to reflect on the things in your life which you have decided to work on, we are just on the pat with you to help you see those same things in a different light, so that you are able to modify the behaviors to best fit your life. Treatment is a fluid process, and it may take some time to create the relationship with your therapist in order to modify your current behaviors in order to realize the gains that are possible through behavioral modification.
With psychotherapy, no referral is needed, although you can ask your primary care professional for a referral to our office, or simply call us at 207-492-0903 to make an appointment directly with one of our providers.
